Homeostatic and Lucid Self-development of Parapsychism

Resumo

The aim of this article is to propose a methodology to help anyone tostart the development of their own parapsychic abilities, in a lucid, homeostatic way, focusing on retrieving the ideas from the paraphenomena. Themethodology was developed from self-experiments and techniques performed by the author. There are also literature references for those techniquesto help the reader understand how some of them were developed. From theresults, it seems that the techniques described in this article can be used byanyone, regardless of previous parapsychic experience, or environment variables, working for either healthy or harsh locations. The study case presented shows how these techniques can be applied inside the daily activities of the self-researcher.
